Farmhouse :
1. You need to show proof of being an agriculturist or farmer to buy farmland in Maharashtra.
2. Need to depend on real-estate agents for buying land.
3. You need to personally complete legal and govt. formalities.
4. Gardening, swimming pool, security, maintenance, etc. on a single head.
5. You need to employ various consultants for development (eg. construction, gardening, water supply, electricity, etc.)
6. The FSI (Floor Space Index) for agriculture land is approximately 0.05 (5%), i.e. on a land of 100 square meters you can only make a house of 5 sqr.mtr.
UshaWoods :
