The difference between farmhouses built on agricultural plots and
UshaWoods N.A. (non-agricultural) bungalow plots :

Farmhouse :
  • 1. You need to show proof of being an agriculturist or farmer to buy farmland in Maharashtra.
  • 2. Need to depend on real-estate agents for buying land.

  • 3. You need to personally complete legal and govt. formalities.

  • 4. Gardening, swimming pool, security, maintenance, etc. on a single head.

  • 5. You need to employ various consultants for development (eg. construction, gardening, water supply, electricity, etc.)

  • 6. The FSI (Floor Space Index) for agriculture land is approximately 0.05 (5%), i.e. on a land of 100 square meters you can only make a house of 5 sqr.mtr.
